Warranty Terms & Conditions
If any part of the product found defective due to material or workmanship will be repaired/replaced with a new functionally operative part, free of charge within one year from the date of purchase (excluding plastic/cosmetic part & accesoories)
Home service & transportation charges will be applicable as product types & size.
Warranty Validity Condition
- When completely filled warranty card (stamped by the authorized dealer) & purchase receipt has been produce to fiva authorized service center to cover the warranty.
- For free repair or replacement of part & labour charges for period specified on the warranty card form the date of original purchase.
- Warranty is applied to the first/original buyer of this unit, provided you have purchased this unit from fiva authorized dealer and warranty nontransferable.
- Warranty of product shall be covered in “pakistan” only.
- It is the obligation and responsibility of buyer to provide proper voltage & check electical wiring before installation & also place install the product as per user manual instructions.
- There will be no replacement of complete product, only claims within term and conditions of the warranty shall be entertained.
Warranty is Invalid
- Already repaied units from market/tempered by unauthorized dealers/technicians.
- Incomplete filled or overwriting/cutting on warranty cards, any misuse, negligence, accident, alteration of unit or removal of original serial number will not be accepted under warranty.
- The warranty does not cover plastic parts, bezel, back cover, product logo, antenna, remote speakers on any other accessories or any item which has got natural wear out due to normal use.
- Any defect because of improper power supply, electrical fluctuatuions & surging, use of substandard wiring, use of low grade stabilizers, abnormaal electrical load, external short circuiting and product mishandling will make this warranty void.
- If any fault arises due ti an accident, transportation, natural disaster, moisture or water damage.
